Returns/Refund policy
Ordered In error / No longer required
On receipt of the parts, we will refund the parts providing they are returned within 14 days of delivery and are in a saleable condition. A 10% handling charge will be deducted for this service. No refunds will be made for parts that have been fitted or for postage costs incurred.
Damaged goods on arrival
If the goods were damaged before they reached you, we will refund the parts in full and carriage costs. Damage caused through incorrect installation is not covered.
Faulty parts
In the unlikely event of a genuine manufacturing fault, a full refund for parts and carriage costs will be issued.
To return parts
Please send back the parts securely wrapped, along with your invoice and a letter stating the reason for the return to.
